Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy

Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to rajatsaran@traaexplore.com or through our website at www.traaexplore.com.
  • Cancellations made:
    • More than 14 days before the trip/service date: 100% refund
    • 7–14 days before the trip/service date: 50% refund
    • Less than 7 days before the trip/service date: No refund

Non-Refundable Components

  • Government permits and third-party bookings already issued
  • Discounted or promotional bookings
  • Add-on services purchased separately

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation from TraaExplores.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

No-Show Policy

  • Participants failing to report at the scheduled time or location are not eligible for any refund.

Trip Cancellation by TraaExplores

  • If TraaExplores cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, government restrictions, or safety concerns), customers will receive:
    • A full refund, or
    • A credit voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

TraaExplores primarily provides travel and experience-based services, but also offers certain merchandise and digital deliverables.

Digital Deliverables

  • Booking confirmations, itineraries, and invoices are delivered via email within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
  • Personalized travel guides or digital itineraries are delivered within 3 business days from order confirmation.

Physical Merchandise

  • Delivery Locations: PAN India
  • Shipping Timeline: Orders dispatched within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery Period: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping: ₹99
  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,499

Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the shipment is dispatched from TraaExplores.
  • Customers can also track their order status by logging in to their account at www.traaexplore.com.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

  • Any issues with damaged or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please email rajatsaran@traaexplore.com with your order number and photographic proof for a replacement or resolution.
